Plenty of repair shops list every city within two hours as a service area. We would rather draw the line where it actually is, because a same-day promise you cannot keep is worse than no promise.
Waterloo Region and Guelph — Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph get the full service. Drop-off and collection, same-day repairs where the parts allow, on-site visits with no travel fee, and same-week scheduling for network and IT projects.
The GTA — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and the rest get managed IT, Microsoft 365, website design and hosting delivered remotely, which for that work is genuinely equivalent to being in the room. On-site visits are scheduled rather than same-day, and a travel fee may apply — quoted before booking.
Hardware repair in the GTA is the one we are careful about. We are around ninety minutes away, so we will either arrange a scheduled pickup or tell you plainly that a local shop is the better call. Losing that job is a better outcome than leaving someone without their laptop for a week.
Everywhere else in Canada — remote support, web design and hosting are available nationwide at the same prices. Distance genuinely does not affect that work.
