Every figure above is labour. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We are a small supplier and do not charge HST. Parts are charged separately at cost — we show you the supplier invoice and we do not mark hardware up.
Diagnostics are genuinely free. Not "free with repair", not "credited against the invoice" — free, whether you go ahead or not. If you take our diagnosis and fix it yourself, that is a perfectly good outcome and it costs you nothing.
You get a written quote before any work starts. If we open a machine and find the problem is different or larger than expected, we stop and contact you. Nobody has ever received an invoice from us for work they did not approve, and that is not going to start.
Payment is due on completion for one-time jobs; monthly services are billed in advance. Cash, e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Larger projects run on 50% deposit and 50% on completion, and we are happy to discuss something different if that does not suit.
On-site work across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph carries no travel fee. Outside that area a travel fee may apply, and we tell you before booking rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
