2. We diagnose it free
We find the real fault rather than guessing at symptoms. No charge, no obligation, and the fee is waived entirely if you go ahead.
3. You get a written quote
A fixed price and a realistic date, in writing, before any work starts. If the scope changes we contact you first — always.
4. We fix it and back it
Most repairs are same-day. Every one carries a 90-day labour warranty, and we explain what we did in plain English.
